 I was born and raised in Bethany Beach. I now reside in Bay Colony subdivision in Dagsboro, DE. I was married on 2/13/99 to Steven Hills. We have two children...Amber and Derek. I graduated from Indian River High School in 1979. I received my Bachlors degree in Business Administration from Salisbury University in 1983. Upon graduating from College, I attended Sussex Technical and Community College and completed the Real Estate course. In 1984 I received my Real Estate License and a few months later I became a realtor. In 1989 I received my Real Estate Brokers license. Since 1984 I have been working full time in Real Estate sales. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and Multiply Listing Service network. My specialty is Residential sales, but I have been known to dabble in commercial sales and residential and commercial leasing. I pride myself by working for a well-known local company that emphasizes satisfying their clients' needs. Being a native of the quiet resorts, I am familiar with townships and their requirements.
