What time is check in?

2 PM - unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate early check ins.

What time is check out?

10 AM - all guests must vacate by 10 AM, so that we can get the properties ready for our next guests to check in - we are not able to accommodate late check outs in prime season.

Where do I get my check in packet and keys?

At the Jack Hickman Real Estate Office - 33188 S. Coastal Highway, Suite 2, Middlesex Beach, DE 19930.

What if I need to check in after the office closes?

No problem - if your reservation has been paid in full, we have an outside key box for you to obtain your key packet after hours - contact our office for more information.

What if I need to check out before you open?

No problem - simply put all keys, as well as any beach passes, parking passes and pool passes back in to your packet and drop it in our outside key box.

Do I have to pay rental tax?

Yes - if required by the town you are staying in - please refer to your rental agreement.

Do I need Sheets and Towels?

Yes - comforters and pillows are provided, but you will need sheets and towels, as well as beach towels.  If you do not wish to bring them, rentals are available - please see our Guest Services page for more information.

When will I get my security deposit back?

We will make every effort to return this within 10-14 days of departure, unless damage is found, in which case it could take up to 45 days.

Is smoking permitted?

Absolutely no smoking is permitted in our rental properties.

What if I want to bring my pet on vacation?

You must reserve a designated Pet Friendly Rental home - we are not able to have pets in other homes due to other renters having possible allergies.  No more than 2 pets will be permitted in any pet friendly rental property without the consent of the owner and additional pet deposit monies.  We love pets too, but we cannot make any exceptions.
