This was the second year staying at 116 Maplewood. ( fourth year in Bethany).We just love this house. We are a family of 6 adults and 4 children and there is enough room for all of us both inside , on the porches and outside. The addition of the bathroom downstairs and the black stone grill was the best ! The proximity to the beach and boardwalk is a big plus. Hoping to spend more vacations at 116!

This house was fantastic. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out together or to quietly sit and chill alone. Very convenient to the beach.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 7 adults, 3 pre-teens, 1 toddler, and a baby. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather in the living/dining area. I liked the huge island separating the kitchen and dining area which gave us tons of extra space and an open area to converse with family while working in the kitchen. The balconies are fabulous! We all loved relaxing on the big balcony together. The house is only across the highway from a beach access, and we loved that this beach area was designated "pet friendly" so our fur baby could be with us during the day. We all would definitely choose this house again.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with the members of Hickman. Working in the service industry, I'm sure they must have had bad days, but I you could never tell by their actions. They have always been extremely helpful, courteous, and just plain nice. They never made me feel like I was bothering or interrupting them. Meredith is an angel!

We have been coming to this location since the 1990's. It is something we look forward to every year. We like the location, the proximity to the beach and the house itself. Over the past 30 years, we have come to feel like it is "our house" for one week a year. The upgrades the past 2 years were great!

Thank you for all your help! We're already excited about summer 2026 at one of the properties :)

Property has lots of space for large gatherings and is in a great location!

I was really in impressed when I called about the TV not working correctly and Mr and Mrs. Hickman showed up with a service Tech within 30 mins. WOW
