Our stay at the rental property was great-relaxing and easy. We loved the house, the decks, especially the covered porch, and the location-so easy to walk to the beach or to town.

We loved our rental! It was beautifully decorated, right on the beach with a gorgeous deck and felt very comfortable. Also Meredith checked several times to make sure all was going well. That certainly doesnt happen with an AirBnB.

We were so sad to leave. We had a wonderful time!

Our family loves this beach house. Enough rooms for all of us and a nice spacious kitchen/dining/living area for us to all gather in.

We arrived & air conditioning was loud. Called office & they sent electrical worker. Turned it off as could not use it. Immediately called agency back again. She immediately went to work finding another house. Within an hour we were on our way to another home in same neighborhood This Home). It was awesome to say the least. Was happy for the bad air. All 9 of us had wonderful time. Also helped and is sending my grandsons stuffed animal that he cant live without.. we are all happy happy happy happy!

The place where we ended up could not be made any better.. Room for all 9 of us and wonderful neighborhood to walk around Perfect and what wonderful ppl working for you Jack!!

The staff at Hickman Reality is very professional, accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. They are very quick to return calls and emails, and are very efficient.

Every year we look forward to coming to 10 Jamaica to relax and rejuvenate after a long year of work. Even though the weather left some to be desired this year, the vacation did not. We still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We like the location, it is a short walk to the beach or a quick trip across the street to shops or Grotto's. It has plenty of decks so if someone needs a little time to decompress alone, there is always somewhere to go.
