The apartment is comfortable, close to places of interest for adults and children, the communication was efficient, we spent a few pleasant days in the place, I recommend it.

So enjoyed it. Love the feel of main room and porch. Great location. Do hope the master bedroom mattress will be replaced. Its time.

Meredith was very kind and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions extremely timely.

The stay was great. The only issues we found was having to go into town to drop the keys off at departure. Traffic was so bad due to people leaving from vacation and going to the beach. It added time to our already long drive and then took us right into congested traffic after drop off. Other than that I wouldnt change a thing.

I look forward to seeing the team, as I feel like they are old friends. We've worked together for many years now and I am always warmly welcomed!

8 Dune was perfect for our family vacation! The view of the ocean was stunning, and the convenience of being directly on the beach was a plus. We look forward to staying again next year!

We have been coming to Bethany beach for over 2o years now for a family vacation. We started for my parents 40th wedding anniversary and we are fortunate to all still be able to continue the tradition. This property makes it very easy for my elderly parents to get to the beach and the shopping areas. Thank you.

116 Maplewood is a beautiful home that suits our family of 9 well. It is well furnished and well equipped for our needs. Its location makes it a great family spot because, when small children are part of the family, being within easy walking distance to and from the beach is important.

Great location to downtown Bethany

Meredith is always responsive and helpful. We have worked with Hickman at various properties in Middle Sex and are always thrilled by the responsiveness and willingness to accommodate all requests.

50 Dune is a dream stay. Being able to sit on the back porch and watch the dolphins, cormorants and a WHALE right off of the beach is without compare. The proximity also makes taking the babies back for nap easy. Wonderful stay for four generations!

As I mentioned above Meredith was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had.

Great place to stay if you have a larger family or group of friends staying with you. It doesnt seem like it from the outside but the house is very spacious and has everything you will need for a fun stay. Also very close to Bethany beach boardwalk and not very far from Ocean City boardwalk. Would definitely stay again and recommend to stay at.

Great to work with

Stayed the weekend and just LOVED the bunk room with the kids and the open floor plan on the first floor. We walked down to the dock at the end of the street for the morning sunrise on Salt Pond. Will definitely be staying there again!
