At Salt Pond, you will have access to all community amenities, including the outdoor pool; a well-equipped fitness room; tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts; and a nice tot lot. In addition, a nice 18 hole executive golf course is on site. You'll also be less than 5 minutes drive to both Bethany Beach and the Delaware Seashore State Park. Amenities access optional - rec. fee of $150 will be due for use of the pool, and other amenities.
**Please note: Amenities and fireplace are not available for use in the off-season, which starts on Labor Day.
